How to choose your breaker
1. According to the weight and bucket capacity of your excavator;
2. According to the working flow and pressure of the breaker;
3. According to the mechanism of the breaker.
Side and top type:
These two types use two thick steel splints to protect both sides of the hammer core, and there is no protection for the front and back of the hydraulic hammer.
Their disadvantages are that they are noisy, the steel plates on both sides are easy to loosen or break, and the protection of the hammer body is not good, but the price is lower.
Silenced type:
It completely wraps the hammer body by the shell, and the shell is equipped with vibration-damping material, which can reduce the vibration of the carrier while creating a buffer between the hammer body and the shell.
Its advantages are that it can provide better protection for the hammer body during work, low noise, reduce vibration to the carrier, and also solve the problem of loose shell, which is also the mainstream and development trend of the global market.

Matters needing attention:
1. Carefully read the operation manual of hydraulic hammer to prevent damage to hydraulic hammer and excavator and operate them effectively.
2. Before operation, check whether the bolts and connectors are loose and whether the hydraulic pipeline has leakage.
3. Do not peck holes on hard rocks with hydraulic hammer.
4. Do not operate the hammer when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted.
5. When the hydraulic hose vibrates violently, stop the operation of the hammer and check the pressure of the accumulator.
6. Prevent interference between the boom of the excavator and the drill bit of the breaking hammer.
7. Do not immerse the breaking hammer in water except the drill bit.
8. Crushing hammer shall not be used as lifting appliance.
9. Do not operate the breaking hammer on the crawler side of the excavator.
10. When in use, the hydraulic hammer and the rod should be perpendicular to the working face, and the principle is not to produce radial force.
11. When the broken object has cracked or started to crack, the impact of the breaking hammer should be stopped immediately to avoid harmful "empty hit".
12. If the hydraulic hammer is to be out of service for a long time, the nitrogen should be discharged, and the oil inlet and outlet should be sealed. The cut iron should be stored at high temperature and below - 20 ℃.
13. It is not allowed to use the hydraulic hammer as a crowbar to avoid breaking the drill rod.
